Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he was ordained in 2007. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. As well as pastoring Dwayne has a passion for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online articles and is a co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds.
