Sara Ramirez has been a Mexican American actress, singer and songwriter for several years. In the following year, when she was Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy on ABC her role was given greater recognition. The actress is also a renowned performer and has released an extended play. She is also a campaigner and has been active for LGBT rights.
