Annie Mist Thorisdottir of Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, where she coaches athletes. Annie is the sole woman ever to win in the CrossFit Games two times. In 2010, she finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit and a media star. The first female to be awarded in the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. Other accomplishments include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2017 and 2013. Annie was brought up with her family living in Reykjavik Iceland. When she was a kid, she was always a lover of exercise and sports. She took part in a variety of school activities and won a number of medals. Her first participation was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games held in California and did extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir will be 31 by 2021. She stands at 5' 7" tall, and weighs around 67 pounds. Annie started CrossFit in California, in 2009. Annie had an impressive performance at her very first games. She ranked at the top of the list in 70 competitors. But she did not win a championship and concluded with a 11th-place finish in the event. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Her coach Jami Tikannen guided her to a second place finish in the CrossFit Games, and a medal in the silver category that year. After a year of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment was enough to earn her the title. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of in the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and was the first female athlete to win the two CrossFit Games consecutively. Additionally, in 2014, she won a silver medal and recently in 2021 won a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie is a rising athlete who has been the face for various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs and Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and the Sidekick Yorbae. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel titled "Annie" and has more than a thousand viewers. This is the channel where she posts videos on eating habits, parenting and travel.
